Changes & Cancellations:
- Tour services must be changed before 2:00 PM the day prior.
- Cancellations can be made by email, live chat, or WhatsApp 48 hours before the service date in order to receive a full refund of any deposit or full payment you may have made. For cancellations 24 hours before or less, please call us!
- Contact our customer service department if any changes are needed. All contact details are available on your confirmation vouchers.
- Changes or cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control will be evaluated by our customer service department.
Responsibilities:
- All personal belongings, luggage, fragile or valuable goods (such as electronic devices, wallets, purses, jewelry, travel documents, and medication) are the client’s sole responsibility. Please make sure you have all your items when entering or leaving the vehicle.
- All vehicles are strictly smoke-free.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger insulting a staff member, showing abusive behavior, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- We will always endeavor to transport every passenger safely and in a timely manner to their destination. However, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause delays, such as accidents along the highway, severe weather conditions, or vehicle breakdowns, where we cannot be held responsible. Rest assured, we will handle every case in the most professional way possible to avoid any losses or extra costs.
