Have a fun-filled day at this beautiful water park and feel a rush of adrenaline go through your body. Fly above the Mayan jungle on the tallest zip-line circuit around Cancun or cross the treetops on a hammock zip-line that ends on a refreshing water splash.
Fall under the spell of Riviera Maya’s underworld when you tour the underground river of this eco-park. Swim or paddle on a raft and amaze yourself with the stalactite and rock formations that time and water have carved on the walls of Xplor caverns.
Venture on an amphibious vehicle through jungle paths, bridges, and caves until you reach the core of this park. Once you’re there, you’ll enjoy a delightful buffet lunch with everything you need to recover your energies. Meat, vegetables, and the tastiest desserts will be the icing on the cake of this incredible experience.
Xplor includes Roundtrip transportation to Xplor Park where you can do 4 activities: Amphibious, underground rafts, Zip-Lines, and the Stalactite River. Must be 18 yrs & have a Drivers License to drive the Amphibious XPLOR vehicles. Vehicles hold 2 adults and 2 children max.

Important information:
- Be ready (a few minutes earlier) at the main entrance door by the bellman desk.
- Children age: 5-11 years old pay child price. Older than 11 pay adult price. Younger than 5 are always free!
- All children MUST present an ID regardless of age. A copy of the passport will be required at check-in.
- Bring a valid ID to match the name in your voucher. It will be required at check-in at the Park
- Must be 18 yrs & have a Drivers License to drive the Amphibious XPLOR vehicles.
- Only biodegradable sunblock.
- Bring a swimsuit, towel, hat, sunglasses, camera. Cash for incidentals
- Make sure to bring a change of clothes as the driver will not let you in the vehicle if you are wet.
- Scan your bracelet at the assigned spots at the park. When returning the equipment release your bracelet to avoid penalties.
- At Xplor minimum weight of 88 lbs (40 kg) is required, and a maximum weight of 300 lbs (136 kg).
- The maximum circumference of the harness around the waist is 51 in (120 cm) and 27 in (65 cm) around each leg.
- The harness for children must fit properly, otherwise, they cannot do the activity

Reservation & Cancellation policies.
General:
- All prices are in US Dollars.
- Some tours products require deposit or full payment at time of booking. Using the online secure payment system, in most cases.
- We will provide a written confirmation voucher, via email, for each portion of your services.
- Federal Transportation law & insurance requires the number of people in the vehicle cannot exceed the amount listed on your voucher. We reserve the right to deny extra passengers.
Changes & Cancellations:
- Tour services must be changed. before 2pm the day prior.
- Cancellations can be made by e-mail, live-chat or WhatsApp, 48 hrs. before the service date, in order to receive a full refund of any deposit/full payment you may have made. 24 hours before or less, call us!
- Contact our customer service if any changes are needed. All contact details are on your confirmation vouchers.
- Changes or cancelations due to causes beyond your control will be evaluated by our customer service department.
Responsibilities:
- All personal belongings, luggage, fragile or valuable goods (such as electronic devices, wallet, purses, jewelry, travel documents, medication) are the client’s responsibility. Make sure you have all your items when entering or leaving the vehicle.
- Vehicles are smoke free.
- We reserve the right to refuse to take passengers insulting any staff member, showing abusive behavior or under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- We will endeavor to take safely and in a timely manner every passenger to their destination. However, there are circumstances out of our control that may cause delays; accidents along the highway, severe weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, where we cannot be held responsible. We will handle every case in the most professional way possible to avoid any losses or extra cost.
- Our vehicles are insured. Any accident when a passenger is inside our vehicles, must be reported and follow the insurance company policies. If leaving the scene or not following the insurance company’s instructions, will automatically release us from any liability.
